Traci Thompson, NRWA Member, is a professional resume writer whose career is deep-rooted in the careers industry. She collaborated with Human Resources to recruit and hire staff members in non-profit and corporate arenas for more than ten years. Since 1998, she has been preparing resumes and cover letters for clients and colleagues.

Her entrepreneurial challenge began in 2009 with the establishment of ADMIN Resumes due to the onset of a medical syndrome called Fibromyalgia. She continues to pursue her passion for helping job seekers, only from the comfort of home.

Traci’s purpose is to express her creativity and coaching skills by continually learning and applying new techniques, by finding unique solutions to career and job search challenges and by building winning relationships with her clients.
